Our aim is to provide consumers with access to good tradesmen that are vetted by Trading Standards.
The tradesmen recommended by First Check Point are vetted by West Sussex Trading Standards and are a member of their Buy With Confidence scheme. They are interviewed, referenced and are criminal records checked, as well as audited for compliance to government legislation. First Check Point also monitor the tradesmen on a job-to-job basis.
The tradesmen from First Check Point should be seen as recommendations only. If the customer decides to employ a tradesman recommended by First Check Point the contract remains between the customer and the contractor at all times. First Check Point will not be held responsible for any disputes between the customer and tradesman.
Any complaints received by First Check Point will be forwarded to the Trading Standards Department for them to investigate.
