How do tradesmen join First Check Point?
Only tradesmen vetted by Trading Standards are able to join First Check Point. Trading Standards have no financial interest tradesmen so the vetting and approval is completely unbiased.

Once a tradesman is an approved member of the Buy With Confidence scheme, they are free to join First Check Point if they live locally.
In order to stay an approved member of First Check Point, the tradesmen must always be an approved member of Buy With Confidence following the terms and conditions set out by Trading Standards.
If a tradesman is removed from the Buy With Confidence scheme, they will also be removed by First Check Point with immediate effect.
